"All I can say is... PHILLY'S HAS THE BEST TASTING AND MOST AMAZING ITALIAN WATER ICE IN THE RGV! Super delicious and new exciting flavors every week. The experience he gives makes you want to come back all the time for something fresh and fun. Philly brings the nostalgia from his childhood straight from south Philadelphia with his Italian water ice and even with the traditional solo jazz cups at that. If you haven't tried it... well go taste for yourself. Philly will make you a believer... because it's "betta than a raspa!"
