"Horrible experience. It was my first time doing my sons birthday party here. Reservation was for 20 kids from 6:30-9:30pm. As soon as I get there I see that there are no tables for my reservation which was suppose to be 3. I waited 30-40 min to have my tables. I was told there was going to be a host helping me I never got help til almost 8pm to order food and drinks. Food arrived almost at 9:30, kids were hungry guests were already frustrated. Manager said he would add time, I don’t need more time YOU need more time you are wasting my time actually. I asked to speak with someone else and was never able to. I paid for a service that I was not given. Very disappointed."
"1 child without socks: $12.26 with taxes 1 adult with socks: $18.38 with taxes Total: $30 for 1 hour… If you many kids… kind of expensive… Just trampolines… 1 hour is enough… unless you have many kids that play together… but it will an expensive day… Need some maintenance… see pictures…"
"Very fun for kids of all ages. They have plenty of space for kids to run, jump and just have fun. Restrooms are close by to the play area and they have many private sections for birthday parties. I thought the play areas were a bit dirty and need some attention"
