"Horrible experience! Would not recommend. The owner is extremely unprofessional. The cleaners were great but the customer service absolutely ruined it for me. The owner was rude and miscommunicated several times. She tries to overcharge you. She also stated “no one wants to clean toilets and if these cleaners had their lives together they wouldn’t be cleaners” when discussing reliability of cleaners. Who says that about their employees?!? Horrible."

"Ginger from Abso Clean was extremely unpleasant to work with. The first time I worked with her, she cancelled my service the night before and had to reschedule. The service was also a lot more than what she estimated. The second time, she wanted to get the code to our house a week in advance - I told her we would sent it the night before. Instead of sending a friendly reminder text, she sent me a very rude text saying “Please answer. It's getting dark. Sam needs info for tomorrow. I'd like to stop working!”. She then proceeded to tell us about a rate increase effective the day before our service. We ended up cancelling. Would not recommend anyone else using this company."

"I tried working for this company. I got deadly sick and ended up having covid. When I called in The women ginger began to yell at me and tell me no one’s home and it will be fine to enter the home. When I realized she wasn’t understanding I ignored her and she called me all day over 50 times even tho I made it clear I was very sick and turned out to have covid! What’s the whole point in cleaning a home if you walk in with a airborne Illness? I’d rather someone not show up to my home if they are sick because what’s point does that make?"

"Don’t ever use this cleaning company. It is the worst place on the whole planet, the owner ginger as the worst customer service you could ever imagine. She was so rude and was harassing and threatening. The house cleaner didn’t even clean. She did a terrible job and stole from my house. Do not use this company. I am telling you and on top of it when I tried to talk to her about it she was super rude super defensive. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in my whole life. She is very unprofessional. Do not trust her in your home or with anything."
