"While being at a hospital is oftentimes not for very joyful experiences, small spots like this can help brighten up the day of both patients and visitors alike. There is a wide variety of different items available for gifts, comfort, and even a soda machine, coffee, and refrigerated food items in case you need something close and quick. The real reason MVP of the offerings, however, are the Tyler Candles. Made here in Texas (Tyler, TX, of course), the hospital gift shop offers a great selection of both fragrances and different products. I have special memories buying these candles all of the way up in Minnesota with my grandmother - it was cool to buy Tyler Candles when your name is Tyler, you know? But being in a place of high stress and emotion, smelling some of those familiar scents brought me to a very tranquil place. Thanks, St. David’s/Atrium Gift Shop for the opportunity to reflect and relive fun memories."
