"Customer service is lacking! We were looking for some 9 gauge wire. We asked on staffer who was standing around where to find it. He told us it is would be on one of the hardware aisles. At least he had the courtesy to say there were 3 or 4 aisles in the hardware section. No offer to help us locate the wire. Asked another guy who suggested we look in gardening or electrical. After 20 minutes we found what we were looking for on our own. I do want to say that these were 'mature' individuals. I know many people blame young people for copping an attitude toward customers. It's no wonder where they learned it from. Hey, Home Depot - your people on the floor make or break your brand!"
