"I am beyond thrilled with the level of professionalism and utmost class at this location. Nancy and her husband went above and beyond just "customer service". The experience was amazing as they helped to correct an issue with another location. A different location never delivered my order, and it had been two days with no delivery. After explaining the issue, this location made sure that my friend received her delivery right away. Even though they didn't cause the issue, they wanted to make sure I had a memorable experience with the "Edible Arrangements" name, so the threw in something extra. Nancy and her husband truly helped me to make V Day perfect for my friend. Thank you, both!"
"I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my grandmother (I'm in the Chicago area) and the Bee Cave location fulfilled the order - I was very happy with everything! The driver called me to ask if it was alright to leave at the door since they didn't answer and even leaving it at the door (covered) for 20-30 minutes in the 84 degree heat everything was still fresh and not melted at all. And my grandma was very happy with it as well!"
