"Are you for real??? This place needs to close down! Waste of space for a business that has zero interest in customers and getting any sales. I walk in, spoke to a guy who apparently is the manager, based on one of the employee there, a manager that did not do anything but sit on his *** even when I asked for guidance on what plant to buy, he said it was self service and there is no one to help me, I informed him that I can do everything myself I just need help figuring out the right plant to pick... that's why you go to a garden center!!! I was asked to take pictures and come show "the manager" the plant and he can tell me what I need to know. I didn't even bother replying to that, turned my back and left this s****y place."
"Bought a pomegranate and Guava tree. Two employees help me find a good one. And 1 of the employee asked if I need help to my car. Friendly people"
"They had a large selection and the prices were good because we went on a sale day. But they are not really set up for a casual gardener who is browsing looking for a plant to put in their front yard. There wasn't information on most of the plants. So we didn't know how much sun or water a particular plant needed. Or if it was a perennial or not. We ended up leaving. Researching the few plants that we liked and then going back to buy them."
"Great selection. Trees are in decent shape and the prices are good (especially if you shop sales and use the coupons-which you have to print off ahead of time). Staff isn’t great. We overpaid by about $60 last time because the staff wasn’t inputting sales prices and we didn’t catch it. If possible try and get Pamela. She checks sales and is great to deal with because she CARES."
