"Today I waited almost 30 minutes for an available curbside parking spot. This also happened two weeks ago and I thought it was because people were shopping for the super bowl. There were at least 15 cars waiting in line, causing a pile up. In store shoppers who were leaving the store, weren't able to back out of their parking spots because of the line of cars blocking them, as they were waiting for a curbside parking spot. HEB needs to do better. This was an absolute mess."

"I’ve been shopping at HEB for 20 years. This is the worst ever experience! I shopped online for curbside pickup. So many people are parking in their curbside spots and leaving their cars and there are only 10 spots. I called to report that I had driven around for 25 minutes and still couldn’t park. I was told to grab a cart and come in to get my groceries. OK I paid extra marked up prices on my groceries for curbside convenience but I did it. Waited for them to get them and put them in my cart. When I left, their alarms went off and the cart locked! So now I (a black woman) had a bunch of people staring at me and one person pointing at me as if I’m a shoplifter! I went back in so they could unlock my basket. No apologies.. I called and spoke to their store leader (Mario) who took my name, offered a bland apology and nothing more. I can’t believe I paid extra for such a bad service experience. Won’t be back to this location again!"

"I had a great experience yesterday evening Wednesday, November 29th at HEB the cashier Hussein had amazing hospitality and was a very fast checker. He even recommended that i use the coupons for certain items that were eligible. Great Job HEB."

"I love this store and especially love going on Sundays. They have a saxophonist playing near the entrance. He plays contemporary music and you can hear it through the store. It’s fun to guess the songs while shopping. The store is always stocked well and though they are pretty busy ALL the time (as HEBs tend to be), they have almost every cash register open to get you in and out fast. The store is always clean, the employees are helpful and friendly. Great produce selection, terrific seafood counter and great wine selections. I love (this) HEB!"
