"Their checkout lines must have outdated systems for the cards because it kept saying card reader error and you cannot use tap and they have no way of manually inputting my card info. I had to pull money out of the ATM which is an extra cost. I honestly guess I won't be going back. Mind you, I never have this issue anywhere else. If I did I wouldn't leave this review."

"Very bad return process . I returned an item using curbside . After the associate scanned my receipt I waited for my refund but it’s been 2 weeks and now the customer service is saying there is no track of return . We can’t do anything much . Truly disappointed with their service . I have been running around to get my refund . This is not the way one should be treated . Even the female black manager has no clue about store policies . She doesn’t deserve to be a manager who cannot solve customer issues. Very bad"

"I do not like checking myself out, I did not work 9 hours today to work again for free, and on top of it all I couldn't get those shopping bags openef and the cashier just watched me. There was not one cashier only self check out. UGH"

"The manager (black male, light blue Walmart polo, and locs), the young lady running self check out, and the other working a register (about 18-21yrs) DESERVE A RAISE and sooo much praise. Long story short, I went in (around 2:45, 3pm) and I was being followed by an older man the entire time I was shopping, to the point I had to call my brother and keep him on the phone just in case. I told the young lady running self checkout and she immediately helped me, mentioning it to the other young lady running a register and telling her manager. She let me speak to the manager, he was very kind and escorted me out. He was very alert the entire time and even had us wait by his car until the creep left because the man followed us out and (I didn’t realized until he pointed it out) was parked two cars down from mine. After the man left, he walked me to my car and helped load my groceries. I’ve had a similar experience in the past at a Ross and they basically told me they couldn’t help, so I had to wait in the store next door until I felt it was safe to go to my car. This IS true customer service. Thank you to all three employees for everything!!"

"This is a small Walmart do not expect to find electronics or clothing items here. This is a grocery store with a decent frozen, meat and produce sections. A plus is a pharmacy in store with COVID-19 Vaccines. Of course you have to make an appointment to get the vaccine."
