"The haircut was actually nice on my small dog, but he did come back with a weird stench—maybe the smell of the shampoo? Not sure, but it was unpleasant for a couple of days. However, the customer service was poor. This establishment is cash-only, but did not inform us until the last moment. I called to make an appointment (no mention of their policy, despite me telling them it was my first time). They called me to confirm the day before my appt. (Again no mention of the cash-only policy). Then my husband dropped him off, and when he told them our dog’s name, they said: “oh so you’re the new dog.” But again, I stress—they still didn’t mention the payment policy, despite knowing we had never been before. So my husband goes to pick up the dog, hands them the card, and then the staff pulls a notice from UNDER the counter that reads; cash only. Why wasn’t the sign posted and visible? Why wasn’t it mentioned during any of the 3 times that we interacted beforehand? It’s very frustrating to have to go and find an ATM when you’re on a timed schedule, to then have to come back to get your dog. The staff was quite unpleasant during the exchange as well. It’s 2023, cash-only policies are very dated. But if you must, at least inform people. Disappointing first time experience for sure!"

"Great service! My dog Bella was a client here for years. But now my sweet Harley visits about once every 2 months. The staff is very friendly and good with dogs. The pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend to family and friends."
