"This is usually my go to Walmart. But lately I'll order something & it'll be out of stock but I'm still charged. There substitutions make absolutely no sense as well. Why lie about it being avaliable and if it's not tell me immediately & refund my money immediately."
"This I think has been my worst experience at Walmart. The people they have working there are really ignorant. I couldn't find the Kleenex and I walk all the way back up to the front by the registers and ask one of the employees where I can find the Kleenex. He tells me by pharmacy so I walk all the way across the store to pharmacy and still can't find the Kleenex. Then I see the girl who works in that area and I say, "I was told that the Kleenex is in this area". She looks at me, shakes her head no, and walks off! I mean no "let me see if I can find this for you", nothing- just walks off. I'm at the point where I'm ready to talk to a manager because how are you working there and you don't know where anything is or at least pull out your little device and tell me where I can find it for crying out loud! Then they send me to customer service where I don't get to talk to a manager just some dude with false nails that are super long telling me that it's in the first area that I was at in grocery. I was so tired and upset by this point I just went and checked out. I'll get my Kleenex somewhere else. They need to do better with training people in customer service!"

"I walked past 5 Walmart employees who saw me and several other customers heading towards the exit doors for home and pharmacy. Not a single one said anything to anyone about the doors being locked. It doesn't take much to say, "Hey folks, btw, those doors are locked for the evening"."
