"I visited the store this morning for an Uber eats delivery and proceeded to self checkout and their scanner wouldn’t scan barcode from app (never had issue with any other jewel locations) but called over the store assistant who I found out name is Karen gave bad customer service by telling me if it doesn’t scan there was nothing she could do. This is important to scan because Uber has a tax exemption on the customers purchase. She then called over a male associate who was very helpful and pointed me to the kiosk that apparently is the only one that works for scanning barcodes. Karen may need more training on good customer service just a suggestion."
"Terrible deli service! Last night (9/4)waited 15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me with 2 people working. Then tried to call to order 2 deli trays got transferred 4 times had to call another jewel to place order. Terrible service"
