"Save yourself the headache, this store is trash. Go to shorewood instead. Returned products with missing parts thrown back onto the shelves, and nobody answers the phone from the department you want to talk to either. Just keep transferring back and forth between customer service reps."
"Christie at the self checkout was very friendly. She talked to everyone who walked by her and pointed people in the right direction. I was struggling with the key machine and she showed me how to make the copies very quickly. It's nice to see someone so friendly to people because it's rare these days"
"Joliet Home Depot can’t measure or check their own products. 8 foot board length (2x8x8) nearly three inches short of 8’ and only half pallet was this way. Even associates were confused when I went back and showed them the mistake and they measured themselves on the inventory in store, same. No help or response from management …said to just return the lumber for a refund."
