I requested a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. The florist sent a picture for review. I live in Michigan. I wanted to be certain of fresh flower delivery and providing direct business to a local business owner as opposed to online order. The arrangement was ordered on 11/20/2021 morning and delivered the same morning. The experience was positive. My Sister in Law was surprised and pleased with the flowers. "A really bad service I was trying to order flores to my mother from Dallas TX but the excuse she gave me that the delivery had already left it was too late. I thought you charger extra for delivery. Did not understand but a really bad service you should have said sorry can't assist you any more thanks for nothing anyway."
