"Owner of the shop was extremely rude over the phone! Called to let her know they didn’t add any sunflowers as requested upon ordering, was not demanding or rude, just wanted to advise to see if they can add them or substitute since the arrangement looked plain(or maybe they had forgotten), not like shown in the picture; false advertising. They never called to let us know they didn’t have sunflowers, and when she was called, she interrupted several times, didn’t allow me to explain, didn’t give me any other options and wanted to take it upon herself to just return my money and go pick up the arrangement at the mournings home (for funeral), and hung up the phone! Our family has shopped there for years, and the majority of our community. It’s a shame she represents the city in that manner when many of us have supported their business. To top it off, they forgot the “N” in Mission, plus this arrangement was ordered by a Mission Hospital department, which they didn’t label correctly either. This business is a disgrace. I do not recommend it if you expect good customer service and quality arrangements. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate."
