"I wouldn't recommend this flower shop before the man who works there Arturo is very rude. When I placed my order I asked for a receipt and he said that later he would send it and then when I called again requesting the receipt he told me that if would be after 5pm, for some reason I didn't get a notification on my phone that the receipt was texted so I decided to call the next day to ask for the receipt and "Arturo " statement that he had sent it so I checked my text and it was there but the rude comment that he gave me was uncalled for Arturo told me " before you go complaining about something check first"

"They Need to work on customer service. I attempted to place an order for a funeral service wreath after a recommendation from the funeral home but the man on the phone cared little about explaining the items. I asked what the difference was between the pricing for the wreath but he refused to explain he just said it was $25 more with each size. This is obviously not an item I purchase everyday and I am unaware of the differences if not explained. I have no issue in spending $200 plus on this wreath since it was a close family friend but he proceeded to act like I was wasting his time and telling me he had other customers that unlike me had called and ordered with time. Total call time was less than 2 minutes yet he acted like I was on the call for hours seeking explanations. Needless to say I went with another flower shop"
