"I had used Lucy's flower shop for the past 3 yrs during Valentine's Day. But this year was the worst service ever. I placed an order for my wife and daughter yesterday 2/13/24 to be delivered to my house. It is 8:10pm 2/14/24 and they never showed up. Had to cancel order and will be using a better service next year."
"We worked with Janie at Lucy’s flowers to get florals for our wedding. Janie at Lucy’s was the only florist on Conway in the mission area that was willing to help us come up with floral plans when I had a very vague idea. She helped us narrow our vision down and took detailed notes on picture to make sure she got our flowers just right. We ordered a bridal bouquet, 20+ centerpieces, bridesmaid bouquets in fall colors. Janie worked up a mock arrangement for us and adjusted the flowers to better suite our request and colors. The delivery team set flowers where they needed to be, and reworked some hanging arrangements on the spot to ensure they were hung properly. We’ve always ordered our mums from Lucy’s. And now we will continue to order our flowers from there."
