"Eddie, who was the supervisor at this H‑E‑B did a horrible job assisting my mother during her trip to get groceries. Being a customer for more than 20 years, this is the first time we’ve had such horrible customer service. He failed to provide H‑E‑B’s own motto and providing the best service for it’s customers. I’m disgusted and furious at the outright disrespect he and the cashier showed my disabled and elderly mother. I hope some sort of disciplinary action is made in order for this not to happen to another family during these trying times."
"Decent store, it obviously lacks the selection of the larger HEB locations but serves the area quite well for any grocery stops and is reasonably safe( although I highly encourage everyone to carry) Also, Prices seem to go up every year but in today's economy what do you expect right?"
