"First time using this location as we are new to the area. The lady I spoke to when I dropped off my item told me due to the weather I may not have it by today or tomorrow. I said that was totally fine. I get a message today at 3:40 that my item was ready. I drive over there and the doors aren’t opening and no one is answering. I knock for several minutes and no answer. Tried calling, no answer. I finally start walking back to my car and notice ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING that there was a note stating that due to the weather the location was closing at NOON. I understand they maybe could not have sent a message advising that but if they closed at noon I should not have a received a notification that my item was ready to be picked up almost four hours later. I will still be returning as this location is very close and clearly very fast. I am just very unsatisfied with the lack of communication and believing that when I left my house I would be able to receive my item."

"They did an excellent job with my carthart jacket and my sentimental blanket. They were able to make arrangements so I could have both done & ready on the same day I dropped off. I really didn't get my 25% coupon taking off of my price. I was quoted over the phone, and I only saved "wow" 2 cents. That was disappointing being a new customer even though she said she took it off. Anyways, I will still return."
