"I had my laundry done by this company last Thursday. My complaint is 1 what they charged & 2 they washed some of my white clothes both the black clothes. I didn’t notice until I opened the bag today. A brand new shirt I bought for my daughter the week before is completely dingy & a $400 white Burberry shirt RUINED!!! Do not only did they charge almost $300 to do the laundry they also ruined my clothes. I won’t ever patronize this place again & I now have to find a dry cleaning service to see if they can get the blue tint out of multiple pieces of clothing. All of the clothes were also folded & in the same bag together, none of the colors were separated besides the sheets & I think these ppl bleached my $100 bamboo sheets. If you’d like to look up my account this is Tia S a new customer. SMH"
"My wife used them one time, they were very late picking up our clothing, and when they dropped it off I found it on my way home next to the road where I almost ran over the bag of clean clothes I mean really? In the instructions there was a gate code and was told to leave it buy the door not cool at all."
