"They lost my new shirt. Could not find it for a week. The young lady working there said it was not a Tommy Bahama when in fact it was. She said it was a George Brand. Seemed like every excuse was given why they could not find my shirt and this went on for a week. I finally was able to visit with the Manager I believe her name was Celeste who got it handled and found my shirt. Also it proved it was a Tommy Bahama. Don't know what the young lady clerk was trying to accomplish by saying it was not a Tommy Bahama when I had the receipt that said Tommy Bahama on the receipt. Draw your own conclusion. If it had not been for Celeste taking care of me I don't know if I would have ever gotten my shirt back. Dry cleaning is very good, but Celeste really came through. She is a professional, is courteous and gets the job done. Hang on to her she is very good for your business. Gary L."
