"I've been to this cleaners 3 times. 1st: My clothes looked like they did when I brought them there. 2nd: Requested same day. Some clothes looked clean. Others looked like they just ironed them and stuck them on the rack. The most important shirt I needed they didn't have it ready. 3rd: I spoke with the owner and told him how unhappy I was with the service. He told me nothing was wrong with the service. I explained to him that I have been going to the cleaners for the last 20 years and I know how my clothes are supposed to look when they come from the cleaners. He told me he's been in the cleaning business for the last 20 years and he knows how to clean clothes and left me at the counter with the cashier. I went back to pick up my clothes 2 days later and they still have not cleaned one of my shirts. And my wife's coat smelled like stale perfume. For this to be such a large cleaners, I have to admit it is the sorriest cleaners I've ever been to in my entire life."
