"I had a very negative experience at the location right on Memorial Street in Houston, TX. I went to dry clean my suit and when I arrived to pickup my suit I tried to use a coupon to save $15 that Tide emailed me, and was told by Alexis who was the Store Manager that I would not be able to use the coupon. She said I had to tell them when I was dropping off the clothes that I wanted to use the coupon, and not when I was picking up my clothes and ready to pay. This seems so counterintuitive to me as coupons are always presented at the time of payment so how would I have known that I needed to present the coupon at drop off….. she refused to help me and said they system would not let her change it. I let her know she lost a customer as I could always have my clothes dry cleaned somewhere else. To me this seemed like bait and switch. You email me a good coupon and there was nothing in writing about how to redeem it. Not a fan."

"Extremely rude staff that work here. Shake their head and huff and moan when had to grab my garments from the car. Then walked off into the store without even taking my details or giving me a ticket. I had to go back and ask that they take down my details otherwise how would they know it was mine! Very underwhelming experience here!"

"Should have read the bad reviews before coming here. $85 for 4 dresses! That’s insane. I spent $40 on 6 dresses at a place back in Richmond. You are robbing people of their hard earned money! Shame on the owner and not letting me know ahead of time how much this was going to cost me. Thanks for ripping me off! I will make sure to never go here again and to let others know not to stop here."

"I moved out of the neighborhood 3 years ago, yet I still haven’t found a comparable dry cleaner so I make the trek to Rice Military for Tide Cleaners. They consistently do a great job, and are the only cleaners that have never damaged any of my clothes or bedding—from suits to silks. They aren’t the cheapest, but they also aren’t the most expensive and I feel their pricing is fair. Frankly I would pay more just for the peace of mind that my items will come back clean and looking great. To top it off, Tide Cleaners always provides prompt and friendly service."

"Have been taking my dry cleaning here for a few months. Service or quality has not been anything special for the price but location is convenient. A pair of my pants ended up at another location. The representative tried to convince me for 10 minutes that my order was correct before discovering the issue. Had to drive another 20 minutes in order to get my pants. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just accepted the $110 dollars like I had actually received the service I paid for. Won’t be returning."
