"Wow! We were totally impressed with QS 360. We contacted them due to our LG dryer signaling an air flow blockage and got an appointment the very next day. Teddy arrived today on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough in explaining the problem and took his time to do the job right. He was communicative during the whole process and provided us with before and after photos. The cost of cleaning was reasonably priced considering how clogged our vent was. "I needed help quick! I called to schedule an appointment at 9:05pm (surprisingly), and Teddy came to assess my house the next day! I bought my house in 2015, but it was built in 1979. Teddy was dumbfounded at how the previous owners “installed” the dryer vent and said he was super surprised that my house hadn’t caught fire all these years.
