"Update: The booking process has improved. I like that I don't have to call to schedule, everything can get done online. I have used them about three or four times since the initial review. The service is still good and I am always satisfied with my cleanings. I purchased a groupon for four man hours of cleaning. The two ladies they sent did an amazing job on my house. This was the best cleaning I have had and I have tried alot of cleaners. The booking process isn't the best. I did the online form and never heard back. I had to call to schedule."

"I will never use this company again! I have used cleaning services for years and know exactly what my home needs for a deep clean. They told me one thing and then scheduled something else. They cut my 3 hour deep cleaning time to 2 hours and added another maid. I requested 3 hours with 2 maids. My problem with this is that I knew that my home would not get the proper deep cleaning in 2 hours. 2 hours is a standard cleaning!!! They did not notify me in advance and then tried to argue with me when I complained. I found out once I made it home for my appointment!!! NO ADVANCED NOTICE ABOUT ANY CHANGES!!! On top of that they charged me the same price and my home was NOT deep cleaned!! I could go on and on about all that was not cleaned because the poor ladies had to rush to make that 2 hour window. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! My home is not cleaned and I truly regret paying them. It is not the cleaners fault. They really tried!! Now I will have to hire another company or do it myself to truly get a deep clean because many things were left undone. Plus it didn’t smell clean. I’ve used them a few times before, but now never again!!! So disappointed!!"
