Frequent shirts and slacks user that are always as requested and with great care - have never had a button, collar, or odd crease issue. "A truly amazing experience. Dropped off 8 or 9 towels at the place for wash and fold service. They weighed the towels wet (and they were soaking wet) and charged $190 for washing them. The dry weight of towels was about 5-6 pounds which should have come to around $15 ($2.79 per pound). When called, refused to acknowledge the issue and told me its my own fault."
