"I have been using this service for many years. They do a very good job in dry cleaning. What this review is about though is their pricing. They never tell you how much their prices will be upfront. It’s always a surprise when you pick up your clothes when they’ve been cleaned. The prices are inconsistent and depending mainlyn on the designer name, not on . the garment itself. I have tried to get at least a price range up front but never possible. I was recently charged $ 50 for a dress which I thought is a quite high price, but didn’t have problem with it. Two weeks later I was charged $89.99 and $69.99 for similar dresses- not formal dresses and not complicated models. That was the last time I will use their services. A customer should be aware of the pricing they will have to pay for a particular service. That’s how businesses work. Although they do a good job, I will never go back to that place again. I would like to give an update on the above review. A couple of days later I got a call from the manager Danny. We discussed what has happened. He was very professional and attentively listened to my complaint. Turned out there has been a mistake in the pricing. Danny did reimburse the whole amount I was charged before . I feel my issues were resolved. I would like to forget about this misunderstanding and wish Oaks Cleaner good luck with their business. As I mentioned previously, we have been using their services for several years and they have always done impeccable work. We will continue using their services. I hope next time they will provide pricing upfront . I would give them now 4 stars. Prior to this incident, I would give them 5 stars but I cannot ignore what happened. I wish Oaks Cleaners many customers and good luck in their business. They deserve it!"
