Air Duct Cleaning Houston

"We waited from a 2pm appt until 6pm and no shows at all because "tech had car trouble". Not even a message or call to say tech is running late or cannot come. Dianne from this company says for the inconvenience, they will offer to compensate the dryer vent cleaning. Told them my dryer vent is newly installed but willing to accept any discount towards the work of air ducts and chimney cleaning. The next day the tech showed up and would not agree to any discount agreed by Dianne. Showed him the messages fron her, and he still would not agree. He gave me attitude as if he did not want to do any work. He said if I still insist on getting the discount, he will just leave. I let him leave because of his unprofessionalism and rudeness. This company needs to get rid of this tech that services Plano Tx 75075. He apparently does not care about the company's business at all. I'd take my business elsewhere even at a higher cost for better professionalism and reliability."

"Having hired them to do duct cleaning, they found mildew/mold and told me they would fix this and gave a three-year warranty. A year later, mildew/mold came back, and I called them and left several messages. They never have staff, they promised to call back, and they never do. I reported to BBB and never replied."

"Having hired for just a regular duct cleaning on a renovated house I just bought. I was first dismayed to discover that the previous owners had fixed an old moldy air system by just replacing the old AC unit and vent registers, but not the air ducts themselves! "The company came out and “cleaned” our vents (the main box). But they didn’t reattach the system correctly, which we discovered when my daughters room was hot. Once we got up there the box was still full of debris. We had to have our ac guy out to fix the things they messed up. When we asked for a refund they said we signed the receipt which stated work was good. I said I shouldn’t have to climb in the attic to check your work nor should I have to repair with our money an additional company. They then said they’d issue a refund. They sent 1/2. They have now blocked us on social media and won’t return our calls."
