"Damaged item. Asked for them to keep my tag on and it is no where to be found. Their excuse is the tags come off in the machine often. So why not say that before hand. Or simply tuck the tags into the pockets where it is safe. Ridiculous. Took away from my favorite pair of jeans."
"This place dry cleaning is the worst. I took the groomsmen brand new shirt to get it washed and iron. I get home, as you can see tag is STILL ON and it has not been ironed. There is wrinkles all over the shirt. Wouldn’t recommend it!"
"I took several of my dress shirts here for dry cleaning. When I picked up the shirts, they were damaged and discolored. Upon politely questioning the clerks on how this happened and requesting a refund for the damage, they noted that they would speak with the owner. The clerk-girl proceeded to mock me to another clerk in Spanish, assuming that I didn’t understand her (FTR: I’m a Spanish-speaking Cuban). Days later, the clerk contacted me informing that the owner would not refund me, but would offer a free dry-clean upon my next visit. Why would I bring my clothes back to an establishment that damaged them? As one can see, the staff was rude and condescending. Consumers beware—-spend your money where you are respected!"
