"I spent $400 on some boxing trunks I compete in. Left them here, since they're so close to my house. My trunks are leather and on their window in the store front, they have a sign that says "suede leather comforter table cloths and curtain". So why did the lady tell me they don't deal with this type of material, but you're advertising that you do?? Then she was NOT here when I brought my trunks in, but tried to tell me my trunks had stains that are NOW on them, were on them when I brought them in.. NO!! It wasn't and she wouldn't even have a clue, because she WASN'T HERE to see them when I brought them in. Why lie??? It doesn't help the situation. I don't even know how to feel right now. Poor service, my 1st and last time smh. I wish I disagreed to pay them the $5 I paid them"
"I have tried QT and other cleaners in my area. They have damaged buttons and lost my expensive clothing. Here they are more careful with my work shirts and expensive luxury shirts. They also did a great job hemming my pants."
"This place is fantastic! The owner is SO friendly and my clothes are always beautifully taken care of and ready quickly. For some reason, I've had really weird experiences with grumpy Houston dry cleaners, so I'm happy I've found this place within walking distance from my house."
