"i hired this service to help me deep clean my house. i let the three ladies in and left so they could clean the house. when i got home i was so excited to see how clean my house was but when i saw the job they did i was extremely disappointed. it looked like the kitchen was completely untouched, they didn’t wipe down any window seals, i noticed they didn’t clean the floor under any furniture nor did they wipe down any of the furniture. i called immediately to complain and they had the same ladies come back and re do the stuff they didn’t do. i appreciated them coming back but they wasted my time and money. and i was so annoyed with them coming back because even after they re did the house there was till a lot missed. it’s like these ladies haven’t been trained to clean correctly. i wanted them out of my house so i said it was fine what they did but i will never be hiring this maid service again. 500 dollars for a service should be done right the first time with three people doing the service and wasn’t even done right the second time either."

"I have been using MaidLuxe for about a year, and I am very pleased with them. My current tech is Sarah, and she is great. She arrives on time, is always cheerful, and does a thorough job. She is sweet to my two cats as well, and they are responsible for half of what she vacuums up. Highly recommended."
