"Carol herself was extremely RACIST towards me. Did not want to service me. Did not welcome me. Gave short answers. Then failed to clean my garment and I still paid for it. She loud talked me and pretended to cry in front of customers to make it seem like I was offending her when I’m fact she had been RACIST and condescending towards me. Would not recommend. the other staff members either pretended not to see an issue with her RACSIST behavior or one guy Mouthed an apology to me on her behalf. It is clear that Carol was born back in the old days and is was visibly upset to have to service a customer that was not white."
"The pricing is excellent however the service left a bit to be desired, 3 of my dress shirts still had stains after service."
"The positive is that my dresses were nicely dry cleaned. The negative is that the customer service was poor. The woman up front barely spoke to me and had a chip on her shoulder. I asked how she was doing and she ignored me. At first I thought maybe she didn’t hear me, but when I continued to speak to her she had a smug attitude. The only reason, I gave it a 3 and not a 1 is because the clothes were dry cleaned nicely, and when I picked up the clothes, there was a nice gentleman upfront who actually acknowledged me and thanked me. The same woman was there, and wouldn’t say one word to me. Looking at some of the comments, I may have an idea why she acted this way. I will not be returning."
