"Mighty Kleen did a great job to save my carpet! I have light berber carpet in my house. Recently I used a carpet cleaning service and their techs used too much water on my carpet which pulled up the dirt below the carpet and left sizable brown spots. I asked this company come back to clean the spots but the 2nd time made it worse. I was at my wits end and I searched all the Houston carpet cleaning services and Mighty Kleen seemed to be only company knowing the "wicking" problem. They went extra miles for me. I had a family party going the next day and I asked Mighty Kleen to come to my rescue. Their schedule was full prior to my party but Charles, the owner, managed to ask one scheduled customer to delay her time and came to my house.
