"I went to this dry cleaners for about 9 years and it was good to start with but slowly it started going down the hill. Missing clothes was one issue, clothes not been clean and always had to go back but, last couple of years our clothes started getting holes and our fabric was getting messed up, I have worked in dry clean while back and know that when machines are old they do this to your fabric. Now they only clean twice a week so no more same day or next day service either. Mimi is super sweet and kind and I wish her good luck but unfortunately I had to stop using em."

However, they starched the heck out of most of my dress shirts and now they feel like I'm wearing a paper bag. Also, they raised the price of the laundered dress shirts from $.99 to $1.59 without even telling me. I felt very deceived when I finally found out months later."
