"Absolutely recommend COIT. I worked with their technician Daniel and would 10/10 recommend him. He was so communicative and knowledgeable at the initial free consultation. He guaranteed an 85% improvement on the vintage couch I’d purchased (it was covered in ink marks from the previous owner’s kids, as well as large oil smudges). I was a bit nervous because I worked with another cleaning company before who ended up being awful, but Daniel delivered and more! The couch looks amazing, the ink marks are somehow almost completely gone, as are the oil stains. It’s unbelievable what a good professional cleaning can do - I am so pleased!"
