My dog for three years has been going to the bathroom in one spot every time we left her out of her kennel at night and I was at a loss on how to get my carpet to feel clean again after using all the store bought cleaners for years. "OUTSTANDING! You will be glad you chose Pristine Carpet Cleaning for ALL your carpet needs. I recently adopted a rescue pup that escaped the kennel in my bedroom and tried to dig her way under my closed bedroom door. Needless to say, she completely tore the carpet up and away from the door threshold. Jeff is thorough, knowledgeable and honest. He arrives on time, cleans up after himself and explains things clearly. I'm glad I found him and appreciate the work he has done thus far on my carpet repair needs. Also, he stretched my carpet unlike any carpet service has before! Looks amazing. I plan to have him out to clean all my carpets in the near future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
"I was disappointed in the carpet cleaning. The owner was very courteous and that was nice, but a few days later, the pet odor that I needed removed was back. I was charged $200.00 to clean 3 rooms and then charged another $120.00 for the special deodorizer that would remove the pet odor. The carpet itself was fairly clean, but, I will go back to Sears carpet cleaners. They do as good a job for less than half the price."
