"HORRIBLE cleaning service. I emailed them while the cleaners were still there, communicating my issue, and no one has responded still, a week later. They arrived to my home, walked into the master bedroom, and without looking at any other room, had management call to tell me that my house didn’t qualify for a standard clean and I needed to pay for a deep clean. I told the manager that this is absolutely ridiculous because I had just had my house cleaned by another company two weeks prior. I even sent pictures of what my home looked like before they got there. They are running a scam by trying to make you upgrade when you already have them there. They did not do a good job. It was two cleaners, one of which was young enough looking to be under 18 but I’m not sure. The cleaners asked every ten minutes if I wanted certain things cleaned like lights or light fixtures. Just clean the house? Why do I have to walk the cleaners through what I want cleaned?? I will never use this company again."
"After one maid tried to extort me on the last day of a move-out clean, I was able to lineup this service in one day, and I am beyond impressed. Their attention to detail was impeccable, leaving the entire place spotless. The team was efficient, professional, and made the stressful process of moving much smoother. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a quick, thorough, and reliable cleaning service. I would provide pictures, but I’m out of that house now. The landlord was very appreciative of the condition on move-out, so it’s not just me that was happy with the service."

"The two-person crews that come to our home always work efficiently but with care to detail. The are professional and conscious that I work from home as they move around the house. We did have issues with the administrative side of the company over-charging us on bi-monthly cleaning appointments during their ownership transition. But again they were quick to resolve the issues once alerted about them."
