"Ultimately, I was very pleased with the job that was done. My house has original windows from the 70's and they had not been professionally cleaned. After the hard water stain removal and full cleaning, they actually sparkle. My only complaint has to do with the communication between the technicians and the front office. After receiving the quote, I had informed the front office that I wanted to add the hard water treatment to the job. I was informed that the technicians would bring the chemicals with them so that they could do this. When they came out, they did not have the chemicals and said that was never communicated. This meant they only did the inside on the day of the original appointment and came back to do the outside the following day. After the second day, (I was not home at the time), my card was charged in full, but I noticed several things did not appear complete. I received no communication about an unfinished job so called to complain. It wasn't until I spoke with the technician when he came out the third time that I learned that he had not finished on that second day and intended to come out again to finish what had been left undone. I would use these services again because the result was fabulous, but I hope that the communication improves."

"Had these guys out to clean 4 units in our subdivision. We have 3 story stand alone houses. When they first came out, they found that our houses were slightly taller than most 3 story properties in Houston and they therefore couldn't clean them at our original appointment. TruShine stood by their quote and came back the next week to clean all 4 properties. They call and email before the appointment and are always in contact. They also have a bunch of other services such as window cleaning, gutter guard install, driveway cleaning, etc. All 3 personnel on the crew they sent out were excellent. They did a very professional job and I would highly recommend them."
