"Let me start by saying that my technician was AWESOME! He was so knowledgeable and not pushy! I never knew that there was a drastic amount of knowledge I was going to learn about carpet! He explained to me the process and how the company does not use deodorizers. It never clicked to me until after the appointment when I asked him why my house didn’t smell like a fresh house” I have a dog and 3 birds and I hate smelling animals in my house. He reminded me that this company doesn’t use soap or deodorants for the cleanings. Now the carpets and the sofa is dry, they look good but I still have the animal smell in my house and I spent over $450 plus a $40 tip. I was hoping after it dried I would feel better. I have never had a carpet cleaning that didn’t use deodorizers and although I understand why they don’t use them because it causes a film on the carpet and sofa’s, I would rather have that then the smell. Like I stated, the technician was great, however, I wish there was a way to have a clean smell. Unfortunately, I will not be Rebooking for this reason. I also think the company should be transparent and tell the client that their home will smell the exact same once services are completed."
