"Bought a tree last summer, Lady said if they planted that it was guaranteed for 1 year, my total dollars was over $500 I believe with planting fees added! When I called to discuss my tree not budding yet she said I only had 120 day guarantee. This was discussed several times while I went back and forth deciding what tree to purchase and then my son and my husband went out to look at the tree I chose before finalizing my purchase, she told them the same thing ! 1 year guarantee if they (Love n Sons) plant the tree! I pray my tree starts budding soon but it’s sprouting from the root ball and I’m concerned! But she was so rude, and told me She wonders why everyone is thinking there is a 1 year guarantee, she doesn’t understand why....I told her it’s because that is what she is telling the customers. I have done business with Love n Sons since 1971! And I remember dealing with a lady named Connie, always professional and kind. I’m so disappointed and I absolutely don’t have the money to replace the tree. My Loss! She informed me when I called her back that my guarantee is on the back of my paperwork, I guess the paperwork she handed me as I walked out the door! I took this lady at her word and not just me , all three of us ! So sad !"
