"Curbside grocery pickup needs some work. I had debated whether leaving this since this was last month, but now I feel like I can’t shop here and that’s a problem. I had a 5:30-630 pick up and I waited 45 minutes!!!!! They said “we’ll be right out” 30 minutes passed and I give them a call and my husband got off work and beat them there to pick up my screaming toddler and even managed to talk to someone inside that said they need to contact the pickup manager, which we did and nothing came from it. When I say screaming, I mean full meltdown for over 30 minutes, that was misery, even I was crying. My child just got out of daycare and NEEDED to eat dinner. Told the front they said a curbside manager will get back to me… they didn’t. Good service= we will be a few minutes or your order won’t be ready for 45 minutes if you’d like to come back. NO, they ALL brushed this off. I choose pick up grocery pick up for quick convenience, as many do, and this isn’t the first time I waited an unreasonable amount of time, just the first time I’m speaking up. I could have EASILY gone inside and picked this out myself and then some and that would have prevented my child from screaming his head off as he sat in a chair for almost an hour because we were lied to about the time."

"I work for a doctor’s office and I was trying to call in a prescription for a patient- I was out on hold for 15 mins- anytime someone answer and I said what I needed they continued to put me on hold - which I am always fine since I know they can get pretty busy!! Finally I got someone to take my phone call and when I said I needed to call in a prescription she just kept huffing like she didn’t want to be there. I truly never have bad experiences with Pharmacies- I get they are always busy but you don’t have to be rude about it.."

"Great grocery store, very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. For a guy like myself who works late into the night being open 24hrs is much appreciated. I will go out of my way to make a late night run to pick up essentials and it's the only pharmacy I know of in my area that can fill a prescription when I need it instead of when it's convenient. Thanks to the owners management and staff for operating this store."

"This is a really awesome grocery store. I have never come across mini practice shopping carts until now. My self and my children had a fun time practicing shopping and adulthood! Thank you for making our experience, unique along with all the coupons. A new member is given. Happy holidays."
