"All staff was very nice and great, including Dr. Webb. He spent time getting to know me and talk about the prescriptions I’ve been on for years that I wanted to stay on. He was great. My 3 stars is because there was a script sent to cvs the wrong way (needed brand specifically and he could only be the one to check that form before sending). I called the office to inform the nurse of their error. Dr. Webb and I thoroughly discussed at my appointment that I had been on the brand for 10 years and wanted to remain that way because I didn’t hve confidence in the generic form yet as a new release. I left FOUR messages in 2 days and still never got a single reply, not even one that said, “we are aware of the error in and are correcting it asap”. Nothing!! I never had that happen to me one time in 10 years with my previous doctor. They never had an issue with sending brand only. Do doctors force generic on you for some reason? Maybe he didn’t even get the 4 messages?!"

The same is true for his team, he surrounds his patients with a caring and dedicated team of professionals. I really appreciate what Dr Webb and his team has done for my family and myself. "The staff and team is very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me an appointment to see Dr Webb on short notice. Once I arrived, I was treated like a person and not just another number. This even applies to Dr Webb. My husband and I are regular patients of his because he has such wonderful bedside manners. That’s hard to find these days."

He actively listens to each and every symptom that you are having, takes your thoughts and suggestions into account when diagnosing, and most importantly he ensures that you are fully comfortable with the treatment plan that he puts you on. On top of that he is very personable and I actually enjoy my visits with him. I always learn something new about myself or some random fact. The nurses and staff at this location are also phenomenal! They are all so kind and gracious and you feel how much they care about getting you feeling better. They're all so lovely and I quite enjoy chatting with them every time. I highly recommend Dr. Webb and his staff for any of your health needs. You won't be disappointed!"
