"The room we used was nice and clean with bathrooms, a counter, sink, and fridge. The pool was nice and big, as well as clean and well kept. There were no lifeguards."
"The dirtiest pool Ive ever seen! The HOA fees are over $900 dollars: TOO MUCH for such a nasty pool with no shade! Valley Ranch waterpark is twice the size with homes not as big and has awnings, great staff, etc. Reminds me of base housing in San Diego!"
