"HORRIBLE place to work!! i started working here in september of 2021 3 days later i caught covid and was out for 3 weeks straight still not fully trained etc. i returned back after the 3 weeks and they all acted like i knew what i was suppose to do even though when i left i only had 3 days of training. there were a few times i would call for managers over and over back to the registers because i was still confused until one day the frame manager who works for the frame department told me i need to have a reason to call managers over and not just say “ i need a manager on register 1” it was such bull i ended up never returning after that and when i texted the manager to let her know i'm not returning she didn’t even care or say anything to me, yes i frequently come in here cause i been shopping at Micheals for years however i do not talk or associate with the employees if i have a question."
"Michaels Arts & Crafts in Pearland is fantastic. I booked a class for our military veteran caregivers and their daughters. Kayla was a phenomenal teacher and oh so very talented. Gloria this girl needs a raise!! The other staff Gloria, Chris, and Pablo were just as amazing. Thank you for supporting our veterans and teaching us how to use a woodburning tool. We will definitely be back. Thank you."
