"This store is horrible. Cashier there today didn't greet, looks like she is bothered when customers come in. This is the 2nd time I've dealt with her when I visit this store and she is rude and unprofessional!"
"Ear piercing appointment at 12. Did not actually get it done till 12:45 then waiting an additional 20 minutes to check out. There was only one person doing piercing and checking out at the register. Noticed two employees in the back who did help at all. Literally 3 employees in the store and only 1 working"
"The fact that, I was sitting in the car waiting for them to open. The young lady reverse into the spot next to me. Take her time on finishing her breakfast and talking on phone, ok fine. Goes into store and now at 10:30 we are still waiting is crazy. Maybe they should change the hours."

"This is the 3rd occasion I've arrived at this store at 10:30 and it was locked. Opening hours are 10 am. The young lady at the counter saw the other customers and I standing outside and never acknowledged us even after one of them knocked on the window to get her to open the door. When she FINALLY opened the door, we were not greeted, nor did she apologize for the wait."
