"Second time attempting to shop here. From the minute I walk in, I get followed around. I don't steal, never have. I was in there with my children and the B kept following us. We ended up just leaving. We never have this issue with the Hot Topic in the malls just this one. I have a great career and can pay for items I want. I didn't catch her name but ZUMIEZ train your employees to do better and stop profiling people who are trying to spend money at your store!"

"I would give this location 0 starts if I could , Horrible experiences every time I go , the manager is always rude and does not know anything about giving good customer service , she wouldn’t price match a shirt that I found on the HOT TOPIC app for a cheaper price , she said she wasn’t going to do it and I had to drive to another hot topic and they did it with no hesitation telling me that every hot topic employee should price match if it’s on the app , honestly if she doesn’t want to be there they should get a new manager ASAP. This location just lost a customer"
"Employees are usually there to help. I really enjoyed Austin's service. Such a nice guy and really cared about helping me find Funko Pops. He gave me a lot of information that I didn't know about and didn't hesitate to answer a bunch of my questions. God bless him"
