"My gas fireplace pilot wouldn’t stay lit and kept going out when it was lit. Called Bob, explained what was going on, he had a cancellation and was able to come out 45 minutes later. Worked his magic, cleaned everything up and now I have the beautiful, warm fireplace just in time for winter. He was honest and upfront."
"Our furnace was recently unable to keep the heat up to where the thermostat was set. This is a bad time to have a broken furnace, with temperatures in single digits or below zero. We called Mr. Peterson and left a message. Less than half an hour later, he was calling us back. Less than another half hour, he was here. He examined the furnace, told us the problem, fixed it enough to keep us warm temporarily, ordered a new part and put the part in as soon as it arrived. When we had first called him, it was late afternoon. All of this in the worst cold weather snap I've seen since forever. I'm sure he was tired from all his other calls, but he's dedicated enough to come and keep two old folks from freezing. Also , his price was fair and was exactly what his estimate was. I will certainly use him again, whether we are freezing to death or not."
