"I’ve had a standing for years …..but the last few months the appts seem to be getting strung out with time & My dogs seem stress & do not like being in the kennel 6-7 hours crying, diarrhea and vomiting seems to be happening during their stay. I was told. SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY THING TO DO IT PAY $$ AN ADDITIONAL “EXPRESS” FEE ONTOP OF GROOMING FEE. I’ve was told when this happens that client gets full attention no matter who’s there and who’s been in line already. In my opinion if I did this to my clients they would no longer be my client either. Take care Mimi"

"My grandmother came with her dog to get him groomed and she was on a tight schedule so she asked when he would be ready to pick up. The lady at the front then proceeded to go off on her telling her that "She's the reason she has gray hair." My grandmother came back early because she was worried that they would take out their anger on her dog. When she got back she said she was just going to go ahead and take him home. They brought him to her soaking wet. The unprofessionalism is uncanny. I can't believe they would treat somebody like this. I have taken my dog there more than once and I will never be coming back."
