"Extremely impressed!!! We had a lightning strike somewhere in our vicinity on a Thursday night and were without water by Friday. I left a message and received a call back within 24 hours! I wanted to work with a local contractor, not a conglomerate of purchased companies. We told him exactly what we needed, he gave us an approximate price for pump and labor. I told him we could work with that. I was told when to expect him and I assumed he meant to come by, inspect and then schedule service. He actually sent his crew and they got right to work! They worked fast and efficiently, made good suggestions regarding replacement of existing damaged wiring and old-style connectors. This is a family owned and operated business, we were shown that they were invested in getting water back into our home. They treated us fairly and sold us only what we actually needed, didn’t waste any time and I for one am going to share that information with everyone! I appreciated their efficiency, expertise and courtesy!"
