"So grateful to have found this mobile cat grooming service. I have two new (to me) brother cats and was having no luck trimming their nails. Laini was better than I could have dreamed. My cats were skittish and ran away, instead of making me feel embarassed, she helped me corral them and safely take care of their nails. After we took care of their paws, she took care of me! I was very nervous about the cats behavior and it got me a bit anxious. She helped me understand why my cats were acting that way and did breathing with me to help us all calm down. Well, not Laini she was calm, cool, and collected the entire time. She was early, a great communicator, and she obviously cares tremendously for the 4 legged friends she makes. Her prices are incredibly fair for the level of service she provides. If you need someone to come to you and trim your cat's nails. This is who you should pick!"

"My husband called and made an appointment and when they showed up to groom our dog they claimed we stated the dog was only 16lbs when we originally stated he was 20-25lbs. The lady that came just walked out with no explanation and left. We followed her out asked why she was leaving and she said he is too big for the sink. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! Would not recommend to anyone. Owner’s response to review was a flat out lie. First I was the first one to speak to you so therefor definitely not afraid to speak. Second our dog didn’t jump on you at all. When you walked in you approached him and loved on him petting and talking to him. Then all of a sudden you just looked at us and said he isn’t 16lbs to which we said we never told you that and you literally just walked out the door. You didn’t ask for any help you didn’t even offer an explanation you just stormed rudely out the door. If you are mentally and physically unable to groom a dog over 16lbs you should probably state that when you set up the appointment. Not wait until you show up and then act like you are incapable of personable human contact. We were flabergasted by the fact that you just walked out without saying a word. And to your “mark my words” comment about him getting hurt or hurting a groomer…. He has been groomed twice since you’re disgusting display of customer service and everyone is just fine. You must be confused at which dog you were dealing with and I suggest seeking mental help!!"

"She was amazing! My cat looks great! I love that she took the time to talk to me about at home grooming techniques that I could do on my own until my cat needs another professional groom. Amazing service!"

"Lanie did an awesome job very informative and gentle. The cat we inherited and needed groomed was not stressed after the experience. She guided us step by step before she arrived up until she arrived in to help assure the experience was as destressing as possible. His cut was clean and we're very happy and I will for sure pass her number along to my family and friends for their pet grooming needs."

"The staff was great... very friendly and helpful. All I wanted was my dog's nails clipped, which they did with me helping hold her. My only complaint is that the clippers they used appeared to be dull and either in need of sharpening or replacing. My dog's nails are frayed and splitting a tiny bit, which doesn't happen with a sharp set of nail clippers. I might try them for a groom and just see how they do."
